Quote of the Month:

It will soon be farewell to the memorable 43rd US President, so here is one of his pearls of wisdom about the online revolution.

"It's important for us to explain to our nation that life is important. It's  not only life of babies, but it's life of children living in, you know, the dark dungeons of the Internet."

Meet Tina Brown - Project Manager

Several clients who previously dealt with other web design agencies have commented how refreshing it is to have a Project Manager available to them.

Refreshing maybe, but by the time their project is completed they all agree to add ESSENTIAL as well.

Tina's role is absolutely central and critical in ensuring the projects entrusted to us arrive on time and within budget. Her meticulous approach means that work is carefully guided through all the stages required allowing potential hold ups are identified as quickly as possible, and that as the main point of contact we  keep clients up to date about the progress of their project.

Not many web agencies have a dedicated Project Manager, but it's fair to say that clients are quick to sing her praises when their new website goes live.

Why not send this to a friend or colleague?

5. Sacha's Web Tutorial.

All roads should lead to 'home'

There's nothing I like better than hanging my head and tongue out of the car window and feeling the wind in my hair as Giles poses in his new Beamer with the top down. I don't really care where we go as long as in the end we get to our destination, preferably back home.

Perhaps we should take the same attitude when it comes to getting our marketing message out to clients and prospects. No, not hanging our tongues out, but making sure whatever marketing channel we use, direct mail, advertising, radio, telemarketing or email, we should be directing people to the destination we want them to arrive at. And I suggest that destination should be at the very least the 'home' page of our website.

Of course when they get there we want them to do something. The problem is only 1% of people visiting a website ever do anything! Why? Mainly because too many businesses haven't thought through their website strategy.
